For the job seeker to be placed on this data base, they must first be interviewed. To acquire an interview, a resume has to be presented to The Agency and an interview will subsequently be scheduled.
An individual scheduled to work through The Agency at a business is on the payroll of The Agency. They are an employee of The Agency.
The Agency generates income by charging the client business requiring the assistance, a fee for
service. The Agency does not take anything from the worker. The worker’s wage is established by the client company and Agency staff are paid weekly. Deductions from wages are those required by law Income Tax; CPP EI). The Agency provides T4’s at year end and Records of Employment..
